Politics and Prose (Union Market) recently hosted Dr. Shardé M. Davis, The Creator of #BlackintheIvory and Associate Professor at the University of Connecticut, to talk about the new book! She engaged in a #SistahScholar conversation facilitated by Dr. Marnel Niles Goins (www.marnelnilesgoins.com). Dr. Niles Goins is the Dean of the College of Sciences and Humanities and Professor of Communication at Marymount University. She is also the first Black woman president of the National Communication Association (NCA).
